Culinary Arts

The Culinary Arts Pathway introduces students to the hospitality industry, focusing on food safety, operational management, and nutrition-focused menu planning. Students develop advanced classical cooking methods by mastering stocks, mother sauces, and various breakfast, salad, and pantry techniques, alongside essential skills for supervising and managing kitchen staff. The pathway culminates in advanced baking and pastry arts, where students explore the science of baking, cake decorating, and classical European desserts while practicing modern plating techniques and chocolate tempering.
