Exercise Science

The Exercise Science Pathway introduces students to human movement, exercise physiology, biomechanics, and career options in sports medicine, athletic training, and physical therapy. Students examine how body systems adapt to physical activity and nutrition while gaining practical skills in kinesiology, musculoskeletal anatomy, and fitness programming. The pathway concludes with a specialized capstone choice, allowing students to either master the clinical skills needed to assist in physical therapy settings or focus on personal training, group fitness instruction, and health industry management.
